Witch, what?! So, funny thing... I was up late on the beach last night, indulging in this good book, Practically emanating a ‘don’t bother me vibe, I’m in my own world bliss’. Dressed by this time in my long skirt, shawl, scarf over my head, snuggled in the sand reading and watching the setting sun paint the clouds pink, when a young guy saunters by, obviously in an altered state but sure of himself, who then tries to start up conversation. Which, I’m not up for. Seeing that I’m not taking the bait, he prompts me one more time by asking “whatcha reading”, to which I cooly respond “a secret history of witches”. He looks at me confused and says “a history of images?”, which would also be cool, but no, I pause, look at him and say: “no, witches” and then stare. He looks at me, a little alarmed, says nothing and just keeps walking- quickly. Ha! Oh the power of history. Honestly, it was so funny I actually cackled. 😂 #solomamatime #witch #goodbooks #feministwitch #scarethepatriarchy

My favourite nude beach in Canada! Where am I? Can’t tell you. But I can tell you it’s paradise. I’m away for 36 hours of ‘me time’.
