When I take the time to move my body and breathe, there is a sense of spaciousness created when I am no longer battling the constant bombardment of my thoughts.
For when I find the stillness and sweet sense of harmony that resides within me, it’s a magical moment. And really, a moment is all I get sometimes; it is a mere glimpse of what’s possible. This is what inspires me to keep moving and breathing.
The classes that I teach are a combination of hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga.
I believe that it is important to build strength and balance. Yoga is not all about being able to touch your toes. It is about creating mindfulness through breath awareness and body movement.
I have experience teaching all body types; in particular older bodies and pregnant women.
Private yoga sessions are a great way to build your practice, learn yoga, or work on specific bodily complaints. Private yoga sessions are catered to you.
- First session is a minimum duration of 1.5 hours: $75
- Afterwards sessions are $55/hour.
- $ 75 for 1.5 hours.
- $90 for 2 hours.
I am happy to accommodate friends up to a max of 4 people.
Additional people: $20 per person.
